Question:
What is the best product for removing facial hair?
and how long does it usually work for?
Answer:
-I agree that electrolysis is he best way to remove unwanted facial
hair. It is time consuming, but hurts less than waxing. But the real
advantage is that it is permanent!! I've been getting my eyebrows done
this way and the change has been slow, but now is very perceptible. I
used to have hair between my brows, which I hated, but now it's all a
thing of the past!! -I use one from Sally Hansen, although I guess most cream hair removers would
work. I tried waxing the "mustache" area once, Ouch Ouch Ouch - won't do that
again.
Don't leave it on more than a couple of minutes - they aren't kidding!! It
will eat the skin right off your face. Use a soothing moisturizer directly
afterwards and you'll probably have to reapply it once or twice on the first
day.
It usually lasts 3-5 weeks for me. I do it to get rid of the fuzzies so that
my makeup looks better. Sometimes foundations and powders can accentuate the
light fuzzies on your cheeks instead of making them disappear!
