Question:
I am tired of shaving, and want to *permanently* remove the hairs from
my scrotum and backwards. Electrolysis is said to hurt like hell. Has
anybody had a laser-job done in this area? I wonder if laser is effective
AND safe on the scrotum?

-Laser is the big thing but do not waste your money.
Depending on the standard of measurement, laser is permanent. Which means
your hair will grow back but only after one moth.
The only thing really permanent, an I mean it does not grow back at all is
electrolyses.
With the right modern equipment and a professional the pain is very
supportable.
-actualy you would think waxing would hurt but it doesnt ..and i know
its not perminate...i dont think electrolisis would hurt...could hurt
your pocket more than anything.. but your not the only one out htere
looking to get rid of pubs...ive shaved but i keep getting ingrown
hairs all over my crotch cause of it...and well they dont feel to great
and look kinda sick if you ask me
