Just wanted to know if anyone has tried the new hair removal system that is
supposedly supposed to remove unwanted body hair for months at a time?

-I use the Silk Epil Super Soft for several months now and i am satisfied
with the results. The first time i used it on my legs it was a very painfull
experience. It hurts like hell! The next times are less painfull and the
hair regrow slowly. I have to treat my legs once in 2-3 weeks.
Don't expect miracles! The only way to remove hair permanently is
electrolysis (and it seems that there are several methods of electrolysis
too). You can also use dehair cream or jelly. This works for 1-2 weeks, is
fast and does not hurt. It only smells.
-It works very well, better than advertised actually.
However, be prepared for an investment.
Your first investment will be in the pain of that first clearing of
any hairy area. The second will be in the time it requires to keep it
cleared until permanent results appear.
But "months at a time" is not really going to happen. I'll give you
my results; There are several areas where I've been clearing with
epilators for years - first the Epilady, then when it appeared, the
Braun. I haven't had time to clear anything in about three months,
yet to the casual glance there is nothing there. But there is - there
is fine colorless hair that needs to be removed when I ever get back
to doing it.
It's not a perfect solution, but for some of us, it works very well.
