My partner and I would like to remove the hair from our genitals.
However, the prospect of using a razor there does not appeal to either

Answer:
Shaving works well for me, but the only truly effective method of permanent
hair removal is by laser.
It's a bit expensive and, like electrolysis, you'll have to go back to get
hairs that grow in different cycles, but (with a few exceptions, like dark
skin or blond hair which defeats the laser's search for hair) it works.
Research the subject on the Web. Consult 2-3 laser hair removal shops, find
out what equipment they use (t's varies), who does the work (dr or tech) and
get a quote. Make a choice and then go for it.
